In most music videos, the lyrics are represented by performers, objects, or items in various scenes. The purpose of music videos is to bring the lyrics to life in a visual way.

Bow wow's music videos use visual representations and close-ups to demonstrate his heart and love for basketball and aid his lyrics. 


Every music video uses a variety of camera Shots, Angles, and Movements to create different moods, reflect different genres, and emphasize different aspects of the video. Each director and/or cinematographer develops his or her own distinctive style, in this music video he went to show an ascetic video of basketball.  


In music videos, a range of shots is utilized for a variety of objectives, including communicating to the audience through expressing thoughts and feelings and telling the spectator what is going on. The camera pans to show the artist's performance or to follow the artist.

Lighting, props, wardrobe, video clips, and of course basketballs are used in Bow wow's music videos. When it comes to lighting, props, and wardrobe those aspects are usually determined by the music video's genre and aesthetic. These elements are also significant in terms of contributing to the genre chosen. They are utilized in music videos to highlight the importance of the characters. They're also utilized on how people may portray the video.

Research commercials

  My group is doing a Gatorade commercial. In these commercials the audience usually sees an athlete part taking in a physical activity and is seeking that next factor to get them to the next level to get the job done.(Basketball, Football, Soccer, Track, etc.) The actors in this commercial will wear costumes such as sweat shirts, loose fitted hoodies, shorts, tennis shoes, and cleats. Props presented will include towels, dumbbells', bottle of Gatorade, 28.5 inch Spalding Basketball, and medicine ball. The appearance is going to be toned, sweaty, and tiredness to show how the Gatorade will be utilized add extra energy. The Conventions and Codes in Gatorade commercials include the mojo "Win From Within" along with the iconic G' bolt symbol. This mojo influences the audience to intake Gatorade products so that they will have the best chance to win and conquer anything they have to face. Planning/other info

  Schedule  3/4 - 3/7: the process of filming will begin. The shots will be taken scene by scene and after, the voiceovers will be done once the scene gets filmed first. The final scene will be done on the 7th as well. 3/9- 3/11:There will be touchups made to any mistakes or if something can be better in the film just to make sure our movie is the best it can be and also this will be the last days of filming. 3/13- 3/22: Editing will be taken place and elements will be implemented to the scenes to our liking as well as the subtitles and titles with the app iMovie on my iPhone 13 and the scenes will be put in chronological order on there as well.
