This is me


 My name is Quincy Esta, I go to Fort Lauderdale High School and I am in the 11th grade. For the extracurricular activities, I am a part of our track and field and our high school marching/concert band at my school. I have been on my high school track team since the year 2020 and the band since 2019. Some personal hobbies I participate in mostly focus on leisure I like to do like play and watch basketball, drawing anime, and playing chess. I enjoy playing basketball mostly because the majority of my friends also enjoy playing and watching basketball and it gives us a common interest that we all have. I am also Haitian, my mom and dad were born in Haiti but I was born in the U.S. To get to know me a little more I enjoy watching anime a lot such as Attack on Titan and One piece. The groundbreaking and visual effects these shows use are fantastic and a part of the reason why I enjoy anime as a whole. I have five siblings in total; two brothers and three sisters. I am currently 16 with my zodiac sign being a cancer. I love running track because the adrenaline I get when running against people is thrilling and the compliments you get after running a great race is an amazing feeling. One important thing about me is that love music. I can't imagine living without music thus I participate in band. My favorite musical artist would be Juice Wrld because I really enjoy the massage he projects in his music. The instrument I play in the band is a trumpet which is a brass instrument. I have been playing the trumpet for about four-five years. My overall goal in school is to get a good GPA to go to collaged and get my Cambridge diploma. I would like to major in business or engineering. The reason why I play chess is mainly because I was introduced to it when at a young age. I started playing in 5th grade so I have been playing for a good 7 years. I have been a part of tournaments and ultimately, I love playing chess.

Research commercials

  My group is doing a Gatorade commercial. In these commercials the audience usually sees an athlete part taking in a physical activity and is seeking that next factor to get them to the next level to get the job done.(Basketball, Football, Soccer, Track, etc.) The actors in this commercial will wear costumes such as sweat shirts, loose fitted hoodies, shorts, tennis shoes, and cleats. Props presented will include towels, dumbbells', bottle of Gatorade, 28.5 inch Spalding Basketball, and medicine ball. The appearance is going to be toned, sweaty, and tiredness to show how the Gatorade will be utilized add extra energy. The Conventions and Codes in Gatorade commercials include the mojo "Win From Within" along with the iconic G' bolt symbol. This mojo influences the audience to intake Gatorade products so that they will have the best chance to win and conquer anything they have to face. Planning/other info

  Schedule  3/4 - 3/7: the process of filming will begin. The shots will be taken scene by scene and after, the voiceovers will be done once the scene gets filmed first. The final scene will be done on the 7th as well. 3/9- 3/11:There will be touchups made to any mistakes or if something can be better in the film just to make sure our movie is the best it can be and also this will be the last days of filming. 3/13- 3/22: Editing will be taken place and elements will be implemented to the scenes to our liking as well as the subtitles and titles with the app iMovie on my iPhone 13 and the scenes will be put in chronological order on there as well.
